Thank you for your interest in helping Connecticut’s foster children. Annie C provides foster care, kinship care, adoption, and foster care alumni support for anyone in or from Connecticut. Over four thousand children across the state of Connecticut are currently waiting for a foster family; for an adoptive family; to be reconnected to kin; or for a mentor — a special adult who cares enough to be by their side. Let these children know that they matter to you. You can make a difference. Become licensed to foster, adopt or volunteer to mentor. Help us get the word out by hosting an information meeting at your office or in your community.

    Annie C works with foster care and adoption licensing agencies across the state.

    Referrals to community providers to help with a specific issue are our specialty!
    • We regularly refer families to local agencies to become licensed.
    • We also provide support for foster care, kinship care and adoptive parents and the children already in your home.
